Terms and Conditions
The terms and conditions outlined are designed to ensure that the Customers of Fusion 1 can shop with confidence.
Our aim is to provide the highest level of quality and service for all our customers. Our excellent customer care is based on continued communication with our customers; ensuring we understand their requirements whilst keeping them informed.
All prices used are in Pounds Sterling. Packaging and delivery charges will be shown on the website or within our quotation to you whenever incurred. All non account customers will need to pay in full prior, at the time of ordering. VAT (value added tax) will be charged at the rate prevailing at the time. For existing credit approved account holders, our credit terms are 14 days from the date of invoice. For payment Fusion 1 accepts cash, cheque and payment through online purchases via pay pal. Orders sent through the post with covering cheques will not be proceed until the payment has been cleared. Please make cheques payable to Fusion 1. VAT may not be charged on certain items.
When an order has been placed it will be treated as an offer by you to buy. A proof of all artwork, including embroidered text will be sent to you for approval. It is then that we ask you confirm acceptance of the artwork or return any comments/changes that you have. By accepting the artwork you have agreed to the garment(s)/Apparel being embroidered. Unless due to faulty goods or incorrectly supplied garment(s) apparel Fusion 1 cannot accept any returns at this stage.
Products & Availability
Products shown and described on our website may not always be in stock. In the event of this situation occurring an estimated delivery time will be provided, or an alternative product offered. It should be noted that delivery dates quoted are estimates and do not constitute a contractual obligation by Fusion 1 to provide garments by a certain date. Every effort has been made to display the products offered as accurately as possible, however, the colours you see will depend upon the settings on your monitor. All sizes given are provided by the manufacturers and are approximate for guidance only.
You must ensure that garments are suitable for your requirements when ordering. Sizes, Colours, Texture may vary slightly from those illustrated online and from batch to batch.
Customers who wish to supply their own garment(s)/Apparel for embroidering shall arrange delivery to Fusion 1 at their own cost and risk. It is usual with this type of work that orders are undertaken on the agreed understanding that the final number of garments/apparel supplied by the customer may be plus/minus 10% or 2No Garments/Apparel, whichever is the greater and charged for accordingly. No liability will be accepted by Fusion 1 for spoilage to customer supplied (free issued) garment(s)/Apparel.
Ownership or Artwork
All artwork, embroidered originations remain the property of Fusion 1 unless requested at the time of origination/enquiry where they will be returned to the customer on completion of order. The image itself remains the copyright of the customer; the embroidery files/extensions remain the property of Fusion 1. All images are stored securely for an indefinite period free of charge. We will, under no circumstances, use the artwork for work other than that agreed by the customer. Names, Addresses and other customer details are confidential and remain confidential. Fusion 1 will not pass any customer details on to third parties.
Delivery is considered as a single drop to a UK mainland address. Deliveries to the Channel Islands will incur additional costs, these will be advised by email and agreed prior to placing an order. Enquires from elsewhere are very welcome, however we would ask that you contact us first before proceeding with your enquiry so that we may advise you of the shipping costs. Deliveries within the UK mainland are contracted to outside couriers and Royal Mail services who’s normal delivery times are Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00. Deliveries outside these times and/or special deliveries can be requested but will be subject to additional costs as incurred by Fusion 1. All deliveries must be signed for. We recommend that you keep your delivery note for your records.
Collection can be made by prior arrangement
Goods Damaged in Transit
All goods are securely packed and leave Fusion 1 in perfect condition. Should goods show obvious signs of “in transit” damage please refuse delivery and notify Fusion 1 immediately. If however the damage is only noticeable on opening up the package, you must firstly inform Fusion 1 of the damage within 48hrs. In either case Fusion 1 will arrange replacement(s) as soon as possible. Fusion 1 cannot accept any consequential loss or damages.
Fusion 1 undertakes a robust quality control procedure throughout your order process to you. Your order should comply in all material respects with the general description and will be of satisfactory quality. In the event that this is not the case Fusion 1 should be notified in writing explaining the fault within 10 days of the receipt of goods.
No returns will be accepted without prior agreement from Fusion 1. No liability will be taken for the cost of returning goods, unless agreed by Fusion 1 in writing/email.
Fusion 1 will accept cancellations on the understanding that no costs have been incurred. In the event that your order has been processed an artwork/origination cost plus a re-stocking charge will apply.
The conditions published above do not effect your Statutory Rights.
